Teen Fitness Hour

Service Description

This block of time is dedicated to our young females who are already into weight lifting or want to come in and learn all about it. This is not a group class. There will be a coach onsite to help with questions about equipment, movements and everything in between. Reach out to one of our coaches and learn all about it!
