Do you sit a lot? Run and cycle for your cardio? Experience stress regularly? All of these things can tighten up our hips, and this weekly yin practice is all about loosening up the hips and the spine. You’ll hold poses for 3-5 minutes and get deep into those joints. Yin is sometimes called the “fountain of youth” practice. It’s about flexibility and mobility, leaving you supple and relaxed.
