WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

All you need is a bottle of water to hydrate and a good sense of humour!  We laugh a lot!!!  Otherwise, we provide the rest.  If you want to bring your own yoga mat for end of class stretching you're welcomed to do so, however we do provide them if needed.

ARE THESE GROUP CLASSES CHILD FRIENDLY?

Absolutely!  Here at The Grit Pit we encourage mom's to bring their children.  Most of our Grit Kidz have created relationships and now look forward to the classes more than the moms!!

WHERE ARE THE CLASSES LOCATED?

We just opened up our location at 84 Dundas st W in downtown Trenton.  During the summer months however, you can find us all over the place.  Hannah Park, by the Marina, Mount Pelion.

I'M NOT A FAN OF GROUP FITNESS.  I PREFER GOING TO THE GYM AND DO MY OWN PROGRAMS.  DO YOU OFFER THIS?

We sure do.  We can tailor a program to suit your needs and goals.  You can purchase a Gym membership and enjoy your solo workout.  Show up with your headphones, water and program in hand and off you go.

IS THE WEIGHT LIFTING PROGRAM AND THE YOGA CHILD FRIENDLY?

Unfortunately at the moment we are not equipped to do so.  However, we have a lot of new programs coming in the future weeks.  Mommy and Me Yoga, Babies and Baristas, Kid Strong Classes are all just around the corner!!!
